This notice covers the Custom AImage marketing site. Private image pipelines, air-gapped installs, and batch ops run under separate sealed agreements.

What we collect

Only what you send via forms or email, plus minimal server logs needed to answer. We do not upload visitor images through this site. No ad trackers by default.

No-upload default

Marketing pages do not host a public image uploader. Product deployments that process frames stay on your hardware or in rooms you control, as defined in the SOW.

Operator systems

On-device models, cleanup pipelines, and quality gates may process sensitive frames under contract. Those flows never inherit permissions from this public site.

Retention & rights

Inquiry mail is kept while the briefing is open. EU/EEA visitors may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data from site contact.
